In 2012, Shikun & Binui Sollel Boneh Group adopted an ethical code, which expresses our values and principles of professional ethics that apply to all our employees and managers.
First and foremost, our ethical code aims to offer our employees and managers tools for appropriate decision making and proper conduct in various work situations. It also includes a contact list for reporting or consulting, as well as a “hotline” and email for anonymous inquiries.
Our Ethical Code stipulates that all company employees will act honestly and lawfully, with integrity and in consistency with the principles that guide us. This includes our sustainability principles, policy documents, enforcement plans and procedures, information security, use of group resources, obligations arising from our status as a public company, safety, donations, community help and more.
Our Ethical Code has adopted a “zero tolerance” policy on bribery and corruption alongside a comprehensive enforcement and prevention program.
We comply with all provisions of the law and the rules of the stock exchange, in order to maintain the trust of our company’s investors. This includes relevant corporate rules, regulations and guidelines.
Our local and global work combines activities and lectures for employees and managers, orientation days, animated videos, simulations and documents to help our employees incorporate our ethical code and values into their work and roles.
